| The right column reads: own voices as we played a recording
we had made. In this we took the parts of South American children in school
having lessons in geography, arithmetic, and music. The entire recording
was done in Spanish.
John showed our electric board which was constructed
to help us learn the names of the countries and their capitals. Some of
the members of our class operated it and showed that the light went on
only when the correct choice was made.
